MYOB AccountRight Live

MYOB AccountRight Live offers the following features:

Anywhere access - Make your accounts available from any internet connected PC which has MYOB AccountRight Live installed. Your accountants and bookkeepers can have access as well as yourself and other staff members in your business (which can be restricted).

Multiple users - One set of accounts, same time access for your team, bookkeeper and accountant.

Backup data in the cloud and / or to your PC - Access your accounts exclusively in the cloud and / or make a local backup to your PC whenever you like.

Data Security - data files do not need to be transferred via email or USB . If your computer is stolen you can stop access. If your computer is destroyed you will still have the file in the cloud to access, the data is stored on servers which are backed up and maintained by MYOB (using the Windows platform and with storage in America). The servers use similar data encryption to that used by the banks. 

Automatically import and match bank transactions - Bring your bank transactions into your accounts and automatically match them to your data, which will eliminate hours of manual input such as dates, amounts and transaction descriptions.

Automatic updates - Your subscription includes access to all the latest software and payroll updates upon release.

Real time data - with the bank feeds in place you will be able to have real-time data which will enable you to make decisions based on more current information and you will be able to make better decisions for your business. You will have access to management reports being generated within days, implementation of budgeting and key performance indicators (KPI) reports which gives you the ability to work with us to improve your business and achieve strategic goals. 

24/7 Service and Support - You’ll always have access to MYOB software experts to answer your queries on the phone and online with freedom to cancel at any time.
